320 Peserta Gagal Tes Psikologi Calon Bintara Polda Kaltara
TANJUNG SELOR, tanjungselor.co – Dari sebanyak 1.204 peserta seleksi calon bintara Polri di lingkup Polda Kaltara yang mengikuti tes psikologi tahap I, 884 orang di antaranya dinyatakan lolos. Sementara 320 orang gagal atau tidak memenuhi syarat.
Kapolda Kaltara Irjen Pol Daniel Adityajaya, melalui Kepala Biro (Karo) Sumber Daya Manusia (SDM) Kombes Pol Yusup Rahmanto mengatakan, sebanyK 884 peserta ini dinyatakan lolos dalam Tes Psikologi Tahap 1 Penerimaan Bintara Polri Tahun Anggaran 2023 di Polda Kaltara.
“Dari sebaanyak 1.204 peserta, yang memenuhi syarat ada 884 orang dan yang tidak memenuhi syarat sebanyak 320 orang,” kata Yusup Rahmanto, Jumat (19/05/2023).
Dia memaparkan, kegiatan tes psikologi menggunakan Computer Assist Tes (CAT) atau tes berbasis komputer di laboratorium CAT Pemprov Kaltara. Di mana peserta dapat melihat langsung hasil yang diperoleh pada saat selesai mengerjakan tes.
“Kegiatan psikologi tahap 1 diawasi oleh pengawasan internal dari Itwasda dan Bidpropam, serta pengawas dari eksternal dari Himpsi kaltara,” ungkap Karo SDM.
Bagi yang dinyatakan lolos, kata Yusup, tahap selanjutnya, akan mengikuti tes CAT Akademik yang akan dijadwalkan pada 29 Mei – 2 Juni 2023.
“Kembali saya ingatkan bagi seluruh peserta yang sudah memenuhi syarat tes Psikologi, tetap belajar dan semangat. Siapkan fisik dan selalu percaya diri dalam menjalankan tes nanti, jangan lupa berdoa dan minta restu kepada kedua orang tua,” imbuhnya.
Untuk diketahui, untuk calon siswa yang lolos seleksi tahap akhir Bintara Polri, nantinya akan menjalani pendidikan di Sekolah Polisi Negara (SPN) milik Polda Kaltara di Malinau. (*/ad)
